We had a great time hosting our annual FIRST LEGO League summer robotics camp. The students had loads of fun and learned so fast! They reached a high of 398 points in the Trash Trek game!
Students in rising 4th-8th grades are invited to participate in the Fernbank LINKS LEGO Robotics Camp.
Activities are centered around the current FIRST LEGO League Robotics game and will include training in building a robot, strategizing the best way to complete missions, use of sensors, programming, and friendly competition among campers.
This camp is excellent for students who are on FLL teams or those who would like to find out about the FLL competition. It is also excellent for those who just want to learn about robotics and have FUN!
Camp is held Monday – Friday, June 6 – 10, from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Cost is $300 Per Camper (50% scholarships are available for those who qualify for free or reduced cost lunches. A letter, on school letterhead is required for this scholarship). Space is limited.
Students are responsible for providing their own lunches and snacks.
The LINKS team would like to thank all those who were present at the FLL competition that we held. We would like to congratulate the teams who won advanced as well as those who may have not advanced. You all achieved a goal in making this years regional competition amazing.
